Recording time for All-I

I am trying to decide what cards to get for my 5D MKIII and would like to know if anyone has an idea of recording time per gb at 1080 30p using All-I? Thanks!

in normal situations, ALL-I is around 40-50Mbps, max is 90Mbps default.

According to Canon in the 5D lll manual
Recomended card speeds are CF 30MB/s SD card 20MB/s

8Gb card gives 11 mins 16Gb gives 22 mins
