    Z-finder with 5D III

Has anyone successfully used their 5D II mount with the 5D III? At least as a temporary solution?

Curious to what other options are available for the 5DMK3...would be great to know as well.

    Thanks,

Steve Weiss informed me they're working on a new piece that'll allow attachment.

Our Z-Finder Pro works fine with the CANON Mark III, what would be wrong?

If the LCD screen size was different, which I don't know if it is or not.

Excellent, so I'm assuming the fit isn't perfect, but it still works?

A couple of millimetres are cut off. Zacuto are working on a new frame to fit existing z-finders apparently.

I use my Z-finder attached to an EVF Flip and then I don't have to take into account screen size on the camera itself.

Zfinder on mkIII is fine IMO for now. look forward to the new attachment when its available though.

just got an Zacuto EVF so it matters a bit less now.

Indeed, works fine! As squib said, a couple of millimeters are cut off, but it's ok.
