    Helppp

    hey guys,

I am in pre production for a music video I'm shooting, and we will be using 2 cameras. An HPX500 and also a canon 5D..

I wanted to know if I should be shooting 720p on the HPX or 1080i.. Reason I am asking is because I want to make sure that the 1080i from the HPX doesent interfere with the 1080p from the 5D MK2 once I drop it in the editor. So far about 3 shots were taken (Broll) with the HPX500 set to 720p. Hope this isn't a problem!

might sound like a stupid question but I just wanted to clear this up so I have no doubts

    thank you for your patience

Do some test shots..before you shoot your project and then see. I would think shooting 1080 on both would be fine tho.

If you shoot 720 on the 500 and use a 720 p timeline you will have some zoom room on the 1080 footage with no image loss..that is a possible benefit of 720..
