5dii vs 1Div Any overheating issues on 1Div?

Did some searching on this and I know that the 5Dii can potentially have problems with overheating, but does the 1Div have issues with it? Couldn't find any info on it. I currently have a 5Dii, thinking about adding (or moving to) a 1Div. I have not had any problems with my 5D yet, but I also do stills and some of the 1Div features might work out better for me in cetain situations, so having both may be beneficial.
