If it can be built Remote Audio at Trew Audio can do it. I've had them build custom cables before and they do a Great Job! Give them a call. http://www.trewaudio.com

i think i might try and make one, just with no quick release.
but i've found some crazy release units from canare, they might work. they are fairly large tho. i've emailed them to see if i can get them without a fan tail. they work with 8, 16 and 32 channels.
trew said they could make one, but it wouldn't have a return on it. they suggested looking at the new lectro 4 channel wireless, which is way out of my budget.
Are you planning to take the Direct Outs on the 442 into your camera? If so, you'll need TA3 connectors. You could certainly have a custom snake built to manage 4 Direct outs and a headphone return... don't forget to leave a 1' cable with 3.5mm stereo phone jack for your on camera monitoring by the camera op. Trew or Redco are my vendors for all my audio cabling.
yeah redco has all i need except for the quick release connector. i spoke with them on the phone today. i'm going to first make a 25' snake. mixer side is going to have monitor return with 4 ta3 connectors. camera side, headphone out and camera op monitor split, 4 xlr, 2 will be 12"s longer since the other two xlrs are on the front of the hpx500 and might be right angled. and all will be color coded for channel indication.
and i'm getting an electrical engineer buddy to solder it up, i'd rather put that in the hands of a professional.
so hopefully i'll have a sweet 4 channel eng snake in about a week!
I always make my own breakaway camera cables..
and while im doing it..im always cursing myself saying..
"you cheapskate this is one cable its probably worth just spending the extra
$120 bux and have someone else do it" ;)
