What is this camera man using to create such a steady shot?

Does anyone know what this camera operator uses to create such steady shots?

Unlikely because very new, but could it be a DJI Osmo?

That sort of shot in live broadcasting has been the realm of Steadicam for years. It will be interesting to see gimbals infiltrate into that space. The harsh mechanical-feeling pan is what makes me think gimbal (and the chest-height perspective).

It certainly has the gimbal twitch.

            The jerk-pan effect. Gambal city.

Pretty average Steadicam (or equivalent) shot.
