    C500: New Firmware for Canon C500MKII and C300MKII released

    Go grab it. I have it and it works. Finally simultaneous SDI and HDMI outputs and other cool stuff. Still no interval recording though, which is baffling...

    I just checked out the new power saving mode. You lose network functions and the ability to brighten the monitor, but it increased my estimated battery time by about 1/3 on my C500MKII. Not bad.

      Any other limitations with the power saving mode that you noticed?
