I am shooting with my 100B / 24pa / squeeze ...this is the first time i have noticed this in mainly Red images ....looks like square pixels ??

Is there any way to improve this or get rid of it all together

That was always a problem with DV and its colorspace. You could try lowering the chroma in your scene settings. Maybe a chroma smoother filter in post also. Red was always the worst color to shoot with DV IMO.
