Default Break-in...

There was a break-in at the RED offices last night. Everything they took was camera and camera file related. We will NOT be slowed up by this distraction, but we are offering a $50K reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those that did this.

Oh my goodness!!... What a shame!

My sincere thoughts and a word of comfort here. Crap people...

I hope you get well. For Christ's sake, this is our concern too. for your update.

Emanuel

EDIT -- Unfortunately, I can't help but I hope you find out who did it.

Hi Jim,

I will hope and pray that this was done by some run-of-the-mill criminals, and not people who came in looking for specific camera and information in your possession. I know you probably don't what to speculate here, but is there any chance that this might be industrial espionage?

There is no question all they came for was RED camera stuff. Help us find out who did this.

Industrial espionage yup... a smash and grab actually seems too overt and messy for your competition so you may want to call them up to see if anyone is contacting them. It seems like an amateur hour theft on spec with the hope of selling to Dalsa, Sony, Panavision, Thompson Grass Valley or some such.

At least it shows that some folks are taking you very seriously now... silver lining and all that.

I hope to god you find them and throw the book at them. I had my cameras stolen and it put me out of business for a while, needless to say quite a financial hardship.

You shi*n Use.
That is just crap. I've heard of corporate espionage but that is just blatant wrong. Don't give up guys we'll catch the bastards and do unspeakable things to them.

Holy crap... Jim... I think your pushing someones buttons. So they stole files as well? This totally reminds me of when some dumbass stole the source code for the Half-life videogame - tons of people helped in catching the guys in a matter of weeks. Best of luck catching them.
