Default Maya Model

I've been playing with Maya off and on. I'll fire it up, play with it, and then get overwhelmed. I modelled this yesterday. Just trying to figure out how to handle UV's now. This program is a beast...

I'm sitting on some short and long scifi scripts that require some heavy 3d work. Just trying to build up my skillset.

It's coming along. I started some Simply Maya training. It's slow going but I'm keeping at it.

I wished I had the time to start learning modeling. Right now I'm spending my time trying to learn Shake. After that, I guess the next step would be some sort of 3D modeling. I'll be watching your progress with much interest.
