Default Matchmover workflow/tracking a head

hey,
does anyone know how this guy did that on the elephant??

what is his workflow? did he only used matchmover or did he used image modeler also?

Just matchmover.

You need to solve for the camera motion by tracking static features in the plate.. the cracks, etc. Then you need a seperate solution for the elephant's head motion. You
get that by tracking points on the head itself. It's going to track the head as
if its a rigid object, so the points on the head you track, you'll get back in your
3d soft as points, with a single animated 'parent' null or zero object.

You use those points as part of your 3d mesh to build the base object. In this
case, the crest of the head.
