Following the Third World War the "People’s Peace Act" was
instituted. Docilization chips are infused into mankind’s
remaining citizens.

The chips receive impulse controls from the Peace Beacon.
The Act keeps the citizens safe, incapable of homicide,
while under rule of the Government’s Sentient Police.

In desperation, one man, a cowboy, is pulled from his world,
his time. He now fights for the citizens who no longer can.

Figured I would get my act together this fest.
Script is written and just undergoing a few minor changes. Props for the lead have been acquired as you can tell by the poster.
A few more props to be worked out, locations, etc...

Still some casting to be determined as well.
