Default What type of superhero would you be?

A writer I know just got his comic book published, MAYHEM, and there's a party on the 5th at at Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles located at 7522 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90046. Signing will be from 6pm - 10pm. This event is open bar!

So I got to thinking, if I were a superhero, would I be a superhero or action hero.

I'd be a superhero but I don't think I want to fly or have a cape. I like that invisible plane of Wonder Woman but her costume makes it difficult for kung-fu fight. I think I'd be some kung-fu supernatural fighter with Samurai superpower sword.

Yeah, that's what I'd be.

I'd much rather be an Action Hero.

Bond, James Bond. or Indy.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I think I would be an In-Action Hero. Able to save the world by the power of doing nothing.

I'd be invisible with xa-ray vision, kung fu grip, AND a badass ride. I'd offer turn-key productions in an instant, make a boatload of cizash and spend my time at the beach doing non heroic stuff.

I have always been fascinated by Batman. No superpowers. No mutations. No alien anything. While the almost unlimited cash and owning all the makers of your gadgets helps, there is nothing about him that you or I couldn't do. He just has determination, intellect, and discipline. That's it.

If I could have a superhero power or special ability, I would choose invisibility, but only if it was something I could control and wasn't always invisible.

There is so much you can do with it, both good or bad... free flights, free food, walk into a safe at a bank, play some crazy pranks on people and get away scott free, stand next to the President and listen in on meetings in the Oval Office.

If I were an action hero, I don't know, maybe someone like Morpheus from The Matrix films.

A dude who speaks the truth and tries to inspire others to open their eyes a bit to the world around them.

All whilst being able to do some wicked kung fu. Plus, his beat up old red leather virtual chair in the matrix is pretty stylish. It looks kinda comfy too.

Then again, having your very own indestructible giant mecha would be pretty neat too.

So I guess I'd be a focused philosophical warrior that has stylish clothes, knows kung fu, has an invisibility cloak, and a big mecha war bot.

Might as well give the mech the same invisibility tech too.

Nektonic - did you illustrate the mech?

I'll be Dr. Manhattan, baby.

Y'all can just deal with the swingin' radioactive junk.

I wish I could draw that well. I was just using it as illustrative purposes to show what kind of mech I would use. I don't want some candy colored Voltron style one, but I'll take the rugged military looking ones with machine guns, rockets, rail guns, and plasma cannons.

Mayhem, huh? I read that dude's webcomic. Mostly about crazy stuff he or his agent spouts off. Pretty funny.
