back focus check

Hmmm I hope that is not the case and adjusting the BF once should be enough (at least if you not remove the lens). Else it will be a pain in the a.... if you have to coorect it every time you want to shoot. Today I will do some private recordings (family stuff).

You should check your back focus on a regular basis. Bring the Fujinon star chart with you on location. I use them every time I shoot with a Sony 900R, do it through the viewfinder, Just ordered a 300 will get it next week, will let you know if I think the viewfinder is sharp enough to check back focus. Not sure if this is the case with the 300 but if the camera is in a hot location, the metal in the mount changes slightly, potentially changing your back focus. This used to happen all the time with the original Sony 900.

Cees maybe not needed unless you change the lens. I still check things like this all the time anyways. It is pretty easy to do ones you get in the habit. Same goes for black balance. You might want to contact Fujinon and get their opinion on this. They are very helpful.
