I just tried you suggestion Val, but it doesn't work for me. I keep getting the same err msg.
I'm also using Win 7 Pro 64. I've downloaded and installed what I understand is the Win 7 64 ver from Panasonic's support site.
Only reason I keep trying is I've been convinced I must be doing something wrong and that Panasonic cant still not have a ver for Win 7 ?????
What is everyone else using? I've tried P2Forge and it seems to work well. Looks like I must buy it.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but has anyone, anywhere, ever found a solution to this issue?
I just picked up an older Toshiba Satellite running Windows XP SP3 to be used as a P2 offload station in the field, and I keep getting the "Required Audio Hardware" problem.
Is there a solution?Kyle Fordrung

Are you using the correct version of the software? Never had a problem in XP.
