I bought a set of headphones for monitoring -- Sony MDR-7506.

They aren't working and I can't figure out why. I've tried using the DVX's mic and XLR mics and I can't monitor any source. Please help.

If they don't know, it means we never told anyone, and if we never told anyone, it means we never made it back. Hence, we die down here. Just as a matter of deductive logic, Norman.

On the subject of audio and the DVX...

I switched to the Sennheiser MKH-416, and it no longer fits in the camera mounted mic holder. Where do I get more of those half circle locking things (really specific term, I know)
