I've searched for a good hour on this site, but to no avail. I'm looking for a bullet cam for mounting on helmets for motocross. I've seen at least a dozen that look good, but isn't what I’m looking for. I want to spend some good money on something that will give me good picture.
Any help is appreciative.

Don't know anything about it, but this showed up in my email this morning: http://www.digitalphotographystuff.com/PROD-43415.html
Probably falls into the not-what-you're-looking-for category.
How about just mounting/making a mount for the smallest SD camcorder you can find? Some of them are pretty tiny and light.

Doesn't look very durable at all. I need something that is bullet proof.
I set up a appointment with Alan Gordon in LA, they have some cams, but i want to see if i'm missing something.....
Anyone else?

Have wondered ever since what exactly they were using as the images were beautiful.

When I last looked into this (was looking for HD res cams) Sony produces a couple of nice units, might have been 1/2" sensors.

The same makers of the viotac make the viosport. I think that's my best bet. Comes with interchangable lens and the picture quality isn't too bad.

I hear these guys are good. They do have a 520/560 line Sony chip unit.
