Wow, THAT'S luck of the draw, believe me! Though it does sound German, now that you mention it, Rebecca happened to know the owners, and approached them after mentioning the possibility of the location & how we could work the it into the story ... or in this case, the story around IT to some degree.
I know, I'm a loser for now ponying up the dough to fly cast & crew to Germany to film, when I can have a location that looks just as good here. Such a cheapskate ....

By the way, Norm, I'm stopping reading your thread for this Fest after it reaches ten pages.
There was this really obscene thread in the last Fest that hit about 85 pages and, well ... you know.
God: Every time I try to talk to someone it's "sorry this" and "forgive me that" and "I'm not worthy"... (Monty Python and the Holy Grail, 1975)

Are you going to shoot it in black and white? Noir style? With double breasted suits and soft focused actresses? If you are, GO FOR IT!!! I would love to see someone do something in this vein. We have an episode of The Jade Egg set in Nazi Germany which will be done in a Noir style but in color.

Ten pages? Brian, yours will EASILY hit at LEAST 11, so why the grief?!
And 85 pages had nothing on THREAD THE NEEDLES runaway train, lol.
William (Bill?), I know I won't have it shot B&W, but it could be an interesting look via post. More than likely, it'll have a slightly more cross-processed/desaturated look, but definately more noir ... not harshly so, however for some story reasons I can't go into.Norm Sanders

Now I'm interested. 40's Germany was a facinating place and time. It's sad how one man's insanity destroyed the country.
