unreal problem..

I have a century optics widelens with a pana dvx adapter i have used alot. you place the adapter and just slight turn it sideways. Last night i i did the usual procedure, now i cant remove the winde angle. There is no way, if i apply more pressure the plastic will break. This is unreal. It seems as if its has been super glued. I really really need advice on what to do. I dont see a solution.
