Greetings all,
Had a fun shoot with the cast from ECT this past weekend. Shot for 4 hours. Quick rough edit and graphics on this. I missed some audio cues and peaks and the levels are a bit off.. so I will be working on that... but wanted to get this out to the fine people on DVXuser. I'm about 11 sketches in right now with a couple more to go before we have an official website launch. Things are really going well.. enjoyable crew and cast and some funny stuff.
Shot this 1080 24p advanced. Did a little bit of CC... still have some more work on the graphics... just place holders now and the audio as I mentioned. Basically a conceptual idea I had a few years ago. Not looking to piss off the OCD community... just doing some comedy.
Check it out ya.. and please leave some feedback. I have used it on follow up edits and appreciate everyone's support.. thanks all!

OH MY GOD: Looks like a MadTV skit, or SNL kind of thing.. Made me laugh out loud, and also almost choke on a Cucumber sandwich. Also reminds me of Scrubs ep. with Michael J Fox as a Dr. and he has OCD..

Absolutely hysterical! Great job! Love the timelapse. But I feel sorry for that actor.

Me too. Poor simple sod! 40 minutes of cleaning went into that one. I could only imagine how that chick felt in Requim for a Dream... 8 hours of cleaning.. wow
Can't wait for the next Mr. Diety!

Oh yeah. I had forgotten about that "Requiem" sequence. Poor Ellen Burstyn.

I know... and man that's one badass sequence too with the motion control and the simulated moon and all that. Now that's some dedication...

I think you have to work on with lighting. really harsh wall shadows in places and stuff, not all that natrual looking. keep working at it. Some of it was kinda funny though, I honestly didnt find it hilarious or anything though...but I have never been into sketch comedy/pardoy type stuff.

Got some work to do on that. Thanks for the input J....
The wall shadows did bother me in a couple of shots but hard or near imposible with out shooting locations... and timeframe. I only shoot for 4 hours.... If I can't get it in that.. doesn't end up in the sketch. Can't abuse the actors and it's just a spoofy whacky show... But in reality.. there's shadows and highlights and a lot of this was just augmented natural lighting.... Not supposed to look polished. High key lighting as if it were a local commercial...
