Let's try the VTR game with 24f

Now, an issue came up today about canon's HDV.

now i was pretty sure that canon's HDV will not play nice with the Sony HDV vtr? am i right?

because we are about to purchase some A1 but worry about a vtr. we currently have plenty of the Sony HDV one.

can someone comfirm?

60i will play in a Sony deck, but not in a JVC deck.

24F and 30F will not play in any deck.

For a low cost canon HDV deck there is always the Canon HV10.
