Enjoy & thanks for watching our last minute entry, "R.E.M."!!

Finally unable to stand on the sidelines any longer, about two weeks before the submission deadline,
I asked Ryan Walters (235 Studios) if he wanted to shoot a quick HorrorFest entry with me.
Eager to test out his new HVX200 with a cinematic short, he quickly agreed.

Within two days, we had the idea, the crew, talent, and location. We wrapped the entire
shoot in just one Friday evening, filming from approximately 9pm until 4am.

We hope you enjoy the eye candy, whether it be the great visuals that Ryan was able to
capture on the HVX, or our talented actress Rebecca L. Dunn. Also worth noting is the
incredible score that Justin R. Durban (Edgen) brought to the table, cranking it out specific
for the film in just two days.

Note: Name in parathesis = DVXuser member name.

    CAST
Rebecca L. Dunn (RebeccaD) - Alicia

    CREW

Patrick LaValley (PDX DVX) - Sound/Boom Operator
Jerry Turner (fixitinpost) - Production Assistant
Evin Carr (ecarr) - Prop Master

    SPECIAL THANKS
The Sanders Family (for putting up with me because I was going to sit this one out)
The Walters Family (probably the same for Ryan)
The Dunn Family (for use of their home)

I hope you all enjoy it- we had fun putting it together - it was quite a production pulling it all together last minute. Norm again did a great job at coordinating the talent and locations on such short notice!

LOL, thanks. We honestly didn't think we were going to enter because SPARROW took up so much time to get it ready for DVD, etc.

But then the "post partum" hit after SPARROW was complete, and I was chomping at the bit to do something while developing TRINITY RIVER, our first feature.

It was Ryan's idea (which I think was a good one) to simply keep quiet about it over the past couple of weeks, since we really couldn't compete with the massive marketing & buzz that a few of the other films have had since starting several months ago. So hopefully the surprise drop-in entry has a little 'something' to it.

Either way, until the films are available for viewing, we hope folks enjoy the BTS clip.
