I am having this bug affect me. Anyone know a workaround or some way to correct for it?

Well you can apply a filter in Sorenson to adjust for it. I think that mp4 wants to make the video a little darker. But I adjust for gamma on the web anyway, so I just tweak that until it looks good.

Thanks for the instructions on H.246! We just bought QT7Pro, we couldn't get it to export while cropped though, it kept having an error. It still looks good uncropped though and 43 MB too!
