News Channel Screen Help

Okay this is a pretty desperate plea because... Well, I pretty much am desperate. I like doing things myself and don't usually shoutout for help but... Think I need it this time.

Could someone help me make a news channel screen please? Using photoshop perhaps? This is pretty hard to explain but when you watch news channels they have this template like the channel icon in the bottom right corner, stock market ticker on the bottom, time on the top right, headlines at the bottom, temperature at the top right, and the name of the reporter and location on a bar under her? That sorta thing. Could someone help make one for me please with a black background so I can use Luma key over it to overlay it over the reporter?

I could really use any help whatsoever. I have no idea how to use photoshop and neither does anyone else from the crew. You will get full screen credits for whatever help you contribute. I am really honestly quite desperate for help here. Competition is due soon too. Would appreciate it greatly if I could get some aid. Thanks guys!

I might be able to draw one up for you, otherwise use the pen tool and hold shift (to constrain it) and draw the bar on the bottom. then right click the layer in the layers pallette and select gradient overlay? if thats the look your going for....
