What if it could also adapt itself after shooting into a digital video interface? Connect it to your APPLE computer, much like an AJA product, and go from a neat editing maching to a professional editing suite.

Which may indeed be true. I fear the day when the RED cameras rise up and enslave all humanity. But, at least they'll document it in wonderful 4K resolution!
