If it is like the Sci-Fest then it means until late evening (west coast time) Wednesday...at least that is how the Sci-Fest went down. As to the actual time, I'm not sure, but I think it was around 9:00 PM (west coast time) for the sci-fest (don't quote me on the time, just trying to reach into my memory).

I'm sure the announcement will be made somewhere around midnight (west coast time)....assuming Jarred runs it like the last one. Though each fest has been slightly different, so it's anyone's guess.
I would just plan on checking in first thing Thursday morning for the announcement, unless you like staying up REAL late
