I just watched ours on Q time (7.1) and once again we have no sound .
I also noticed our short was brighter than what we did .Way too bright .
I then tried Nero Show time and it plays Great with sound to boot .
Haven't had a chance to views the others yet so I can't comment on how
they look . Does anyone else have complaints with Q Time?
Only 25 entrants ...wow
I must thank Jarred for giving us a chance to show ours , even though we were officially out on Friday midnight.
On Sat night we did upload at 12:AM our un- finished short .We decided it was better to summit something Than Nothing at all .
Tomorrow is my day off and I will be viewing all the shorts ..looking forward to seeing them .

Hey Ian, when I brought my dv avi file for sonic man into quicktime 7 pro to encode to h.264 it would brighten and wash out the video. It was still a better encoding overall than I could get from premiere. I am looking for a good quality encoder with h.264 if you have any recomendations.

Hi David..
I used the main concept avc in Vegas to encode mine as per Jarreds suggestion . I find it strange that Q time just washes it out ..where as Nero show time plays it perfect .

I'm with you there. You would think Q time would be the cleanest. I guarantee you they don't use Quicktime 7 to encode the h.264 movie clips on their website.
