Now that I've had my HVX for a little while, I've been going over the manual again and trying to learn a few new things.
Can anyone explain to me, what the Auto Iris Level in the scene dial does? In the book it says "Sets the Auto Iris Level" (wow, isn't that helpful).
Thanks,
Chris

It biases towards overexposure and/or underexposure. Each increment accounts for about 1/3 stop, so -3 = about 1 stop of underexposure, +3 = about 1 stop of overexposure or so.

Barry,
How did I know you would be the one to give me the info.
Thanks again, as always,
Chris
