HAHAHHAHA, man I love hookah, I smoke it all the time. Love the way you lit the people and the smoke shots, good work. Intresting topic above all.

Neat! Taking awhile to download but so far...I love the opening credits!
I went to a hookah bar last weekend with some friends. Had a really good time. I'd never smoked anything before it and I liked it.
Okay back to the video now that it's almost done downloading... I liked your editing and structure. I think your interviewees were a little dry and the music made it seem a little cheesey at times... I'd suggest bringing that down when they are speaking just so it doesnt' feel like an SNL skit or something.
Overall though, I liked it and having just tried hookah the other day, this got my attention. Cool stuff man

I liked the style - the shots of the smoke were really cool. What was the lighting setup? Did you light the clouds of smoke from behind, or above? I liked the lighting of the interviews as well. Moody.

Good doc. I remember smoking that stuff back when i was in pakistan on holiday. Nasty stuff!
If I never meet you in this life, let me feel the lack; a glance from your eyes, and my life will be yours.

Well i have tons of family in Israel, that's were i was first introduced...There's a lot to know about making it taste and work right and i was taught by my Israeli friends. The word "Hookah" might be the american-ized word. We call it a Nargila. You should've interviewed me man! haha. As far as technical stuff goes...Like the opening sequence, not sure about the MB or CC you put on there. Makes it more of a dreamlike/narrative, less of a documentary, but also could work, because of the content. Good job!
