I suppose it was done in AE or something similar, but you could do it in an NLE, too.

je, it is a lot easier if you do it in AE then in ie:premiere, because in AE you have 3D (2.5D) and you can use virual camera too!

Actually, I left the guy feedback to give him props on his sick job. He e-mailed me and told me he used after effects and photoshop. I wish I could do that... My computer is too slow!!! It would take me a year to render that out...haha.

This is the one style of animation i cant get my head around. I wish i could sit in on someone that does this so i can see what kind of planning goes into this.
