I haven't been around, been busy, everything has changed. I am lost.

I want to send one of my DVXs to get looked at as I am having some issues with it playing tapes and recording. Sometimes it will record, but the problem is my camera I use as a deck won't always recognize the tape from the DVX. Now that DVX won't import or play tapes at all.

So my question is where is the best place to send it? I looked at panansonic's website, but I wanted to get the opinion of the board.
