We have, on loan from a friend, a JVC GY-HD 100 but trying to hold out until our HVX 200 arrives.

The project calls for several interviews. My thinking is that we shoot the inteviews with the HD 100 and the rest of the shots (panoramic glory shots) with the HVX 200.

By using the AJA board, can we transcode the HDV footage from the HD 100 to a DVCPRO HD codec and mix with the native DVCPRO HD files from the HVX 200?
