You guys are getting stir crazy, go out and shoot something. Or edit something you've been putting off.
It's a business first and a creative outlet second.
G.A.S. destroys lives. Stop buying gear that doesn't make you money.

In silicon valley that's a bargain. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...78665752_zpid/.
But then, $1.3 million will get you this 1200 sq. ft. beauty in San Jose. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...19692818_zpid/

The problem with these trailers is that you usually have to lease the land and the rate is in someone else's hands. John Oliver did a pretty eye-opening report on this a few years ago. I think the land in this case is part of the sale.
This thread is interesting to me because I remember being floored by the prices when I first got into the game. Twelve years later, I've become accustomed to the prices and they don't seem so steep when compared to one another. But it's definitely a bubble and I think it's good to be reminded of how much further money can go in the non-video world.Last edited by QuickHitRecord; 01-02-2021 at 11:58 AM.
