The problem with these trailers is that you usually have to lease the land and the rate is in someone else's hands. John Oliver did a pretty eye-opening report on this a few years ago. I think the land in this case is part of the sale.

This thread is interesting to me because I remember being floored by the prices when I first got into the game. Twelve years later, I've become accustomed to the prices and they don't seem so steep when compared to one another. But it's definitely a bubble and I think it's good to be reminded of how much further money can go in the non-video world.
