    This jibes with what I've seen. All my producers and sound mixers etc are boasting about the hot deals they've landed on apartments during the pandemic.

    I think the richies will come back too, once the virus is beat and they're tired of cycling through the same 10 restaurants wherever they live now.

    Amazon and Google, 2 of the biggest winners of the pandemic economy, have been gobbling up office space in Manhattan because they know remote work will wane in the future.

    Most of the people gleefully predicting NYC's death just disliked it in the first place. No matter. Leaves more money for me to make
