Matches were a source of debate between Bruce Willis and Luc Besson on the set of the "Fifth Element". Apparently, Willis said, "We have tele-transportation and all sorts of elements of the future but I still have to light a cigarette by striking a match?". Besson replied with an STFU.
Willis was obviously in the wrong. By the 23rd century, smoking will be a crime. With or without matches.

Last few years I've seen Apple homepod for $200 on sale. I snagged one in the past, and was waiting until this year to get 2 more as I actually really like it despite the initial negative reviews. Unfortunately no such deals existed this year. I wonder if this is related to COVID, or related to increasing popularity or halo effect of homepod mini? Either way I was bummed!
Felt like a low key year for Black Friday, or maybe there just aren't many things I want anymore. What did everyone here snag?

My two biggest "Black Friday" purchases were a Tilta Nucleus M remote follow focus and a Dyson V11 Origin Outsize cordless vac. The Aputure 600d wasn't on sale, so I don't know if I can count that ; ) . And the funny thing, the vacuum was more expensive than the wireless follow focus.
