Recording small orchestra / ensemble?

Thanks to everyone for the help. We did the event and the client was very happy and got a great deal for their small budget. I noticed while listening to the camera audio (which I only used to sync) that when they were close to the instruments they sounded ok. But the wide shot cameras far away picked up a lot of very weird echoes from the room/ceiling as warned about.
I suggested we use an audio tech and glad we did because though they originally said low sound expectations, they ended up being pretty particular about the mix.

Glad it worked out for you. Everybody wants a good/great product no matter what they tell you or the circumstances. They often just do not want to incur more charges going into a project but then realize they do not want to look or sound bad either...
