    Beyond that you need to play with noise reduction. IMO properly shot footage rarely needs NR.
    so if I use primaries or contrast or shadows or curves all should be the same? only the raw tab for raw footage would have benefits?

    I think everything is all the same.. but Im not sure about raw.
