You log into your account online at adobe.com, open the chat box and type 3 months free.

    Just did it myself.

Thank you. It worked just as you described. I won't be billed again until July.

Didn't work for me. I get an automated response that says:

"I'm still learning. Could you describe the issue differently or tell me your goal?"

Matt, was that an April Fools joke I totally missed?

Not an April fools joke. It works. Maybe there wasn't an available agent to chat with when you did it, so you an AI chat bot, but I would try again until you get to a real person. Again, not a joke.

No worries. It did work out for me. As Carlos points out, it's not an automated thing and it took a while for me to get through the chatbot to a real person.

Once a real person got on, they were responsive and helpful.

Thanks Matt and everyone for the heads up on this!

Keep typing it in to the response box. A real person will eventually get to you.

I do not joke on things like this.

As much as I dislike and don’t use Adobe because of the heavy prices attached to their annual subscription, I must really applaud their management for appreciating the current chaos that has engulfed us all.

    Thank you Adobe.

    Be well.

Good grief. I asked Adobe about this last week. I got zero response. I moaned at Adobe on Twitter. Got a reaction, but nothing constructive so switched off my CC account and re-signed to the cheaper Premiere only account. Can I type FFS. Loudly.

Liam, might be a good time to try Resolve, especially if you have time on your hands, sadly like I have. I left Adobe a couple of years ago and have not once regretted it.
