Hi I am using FCPX 10.3.4 on El Capitain (10.11.6)
This version of OSX that is OK on my ageing MAC pro and MacBook Pro's and is stable with my CS6
(my next move is to Windows PC's ResolvE)
It seems that Google has changed the login/upload interface and the older versions of FCPX are not working with it. Does any one have any fixes and patches?
I can't be the only person with this problem as when OBS did an update recently and it stopped working with El Capitan a lot of people were annoyed (and said so).

Did you ever find a patch?
Apple's note on it from last month...their workaround is to just upload it manually, lol.

Yes I have a fix and it seems to work well.
I used this https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/pro...avinciresolve/
:-)
It also means I can work on PC or MAC. So after 17 years on MACs we are moving from MAC to PC's. Double the power at half the cost. (and more flexible)
Yes, that is the only answer. I upload manually. Which is a real PITA if you are processing and uploading a batch of 8 or so 45 min Conference presentations. (1080p 50fps) I used to be able to set them going at the end of the day and most would have uploaded by the morning.
The problem is that every now and again YouTube, google maps etc change the interface usually for "technical reasons" apparently. I presume updates in the SSL. Apple won't fix any previous versions of FCPX which is fair enough. Except they won't fix the last stand alone Lightroom either. You have to move to the subscription version or go without the maps.Last edited by JAMedia; 05-17-2020 at 10:50 AM.
