Simply reverting back to the old theme, or loading in a new one would fix it. It would only take a few minutes (I know, I ran a vBulletin forum for years, it's not complicated).
I don't remember any other theme, but that's interesting. vBulletin is simple and I figured 24 hours is a reasonable amount of time for a task that's probably done by someone on their own time for free (or low pay).

You're all welcome to head over to reddit.com/r/bmcuser if you all want. There for anyone.
Sometimes you want something to stop functioning for your best interest, but not necessarily erase its history. (I'd rather see it up than not if it's done for good.)

so why don't you just downgrade back to its functional version?

I wish it were that easy. In order to upgrade vBulletin, I had to have a bunch up updates done on the server side. And some of those updates are not compatible with the older vBulletin version. Meanwhile, although I keep contacting vBulletin, I am getting no replies. Mind you, we paid for the new version as well as the pro upgrade, which obviously mucked up much of BMCUser. Trust me, this is as frustrating for me as you users.

Guys, I continue to attempt to work with vBulletin support, but no solutions yet so far. Sorry and trust me, I do not want to be spending cycles trying to get support on something that was broken upon software upgrade.
