    It's not cropped, but it's derived from the full sensor using both pixel binning and line-skipping, so expect visible moire.

    It might just create amazing unique video. I was not blown away by the pre production sample gallery compared to a FF camera though. $10,000 is a steeper entry point compared to say a Panasonic S series with lower resolution. But if you need medium format you know you need it...

    In reading the reports, it's apparently a big XT-3 with a mammoth sized sensor (1.7x FF 35mm!). I would be very interested to see this camera shot side by side with the XT-3 to see the true differences in sensor size when shooting 4K video.
    It's a business first and a creative outlet second.

    This is an interesting release. I'm intrigued & curious.... will existing Fuji lenses cover the new sensor size? And also interesting this can't do 4:2:2 internal like the XT-3.
