Yep on the title of DP..

One needs really good knowledge.. how long to set a crane, how many HMIs to balance against those big windows (or should we ND gel them.. at what time consumbables cost) its all a big dance that one needs to have 'down'

Id call myself a junior DP in that I have a good concept of delivering with my little package and 3-4 in the department.. Id be lost with three trucks and thirty guy though - having little idea how fast it is to move a techno or when it is safe windwise to use a 20by diff!

maybe another tip is know your limits!

(although some junior DPs seem to scrape through by listening hugely to good grips, A/Cs and gaffers!)
