Wanted to share a trailer I shot with a friend on our trusty FS7.

Would love to hear some thoughts and critiques.

Technically sound I suppose, going for a 70's vibe I assume? Reminded me of one of those old Kodak looks in magic bullet dialed back a bit.

Content-wise, I'll be nice and just say I preferred watching with the audio off. Don't think the narration works at all. The opening two shot sequence felt flat to me. Perhaps you needed the car crash flashback or looking down on him in the hospital bed.

Looking at your past work, I really prefer the look of the GH4...especially the craftspeople series. The blacksmith story was especially fine. You guys squeezed some nice looks from that camera. More my cup of tea, I guess.
    Good luck with your film!

I liked it. Nice vintage look. The only thing that didn't do it for me was the VO.

I third the motion. Losing the VO would improve the entire piece. Maybe cut some time as well, pick up the pacing a little bit. Conversely, the opening wide shot is good, but if you could create a transition from the impression of sort of a badass character by starting with a guitar riff on the wide, before he sniffles, and cutting to the CU on the sniffling sound and then the line, it might be worth a chuckle.
