how to lock audio to clip?

I downloaded all the footage from a scene onto my time line and I also downloaded the sound man audio onto the time line. It took a bit of time to match the audio to the mouth. Now I'm ready to start editing the clips BUT here is the QUESTION - How do I lock each audio to each clip as itself so when I move the clip or start cutting it I don't lose the sink up of the audio to the clip? I hope this makes sense :-) Thanks

Select the video and audio you want (shift left click), then right click, "groups" then "create new"
