Their site seems barely functional, and I've heard very little from/about them since the theft of most of their inventory. Are they still a viable business?

Try calling Hot Rod Cameras, &/or Duclos. They should know.

Had an order for a set of 6 in with B&H now for a month or two with no word of when they might ship.

So that's the official word. Not sure what it means going forward. Hoping for the best; their lenses are nice!

    Thanks Jim!

Have the original 5-lens set, & recently been thinking about filling it out with the 19mm, 85mm, & some additional lens mounts, which are all in short supply. If they recover would love to see a 135mm, & more.

I can understand supply problems, but I am puzzled why one would not be able to resolve email and website issues.

Yeah email/website should be easy to sort out, but potentially with the other major blows they've had then even having time/money/energy to sort out the simply stuff might be in short supply

Or maybe there were some personnel or partnership issues. Like, whoever controlled the internet stuff is no longer around to allow access. I'm not trying to cast aspersions, but it could be there's some understandable (though totally frustrating for them and us) explanation.

I do hope the company gets everything back together. They're doing such cool stuff.

That sounds like code for "real bad stuff going on behind the scenes." I too hope they can get sorted out, seems like a nice product, but going dark is never a good strategy for any company no matter the challenges.

Shame. They are great lenses. I own two that I use on e-mount and they are every bit as sharp and beautiful as my zeiss glass.
