Special bargain upgrade pricing only until September 12, 2018 Some new features do sound useful, but worth $199? - not sure...

I only bought version 15 less than a year ago, and I downloaded the trial version. The stabilise feature looks to be much improved, and more like the warp stabiliser in After Effects. I loaded a project I'd edited in Vegas 15 and there don't appear to be any playback improvements (on my PC anyway).

I usually upgrade just to stay on latest version. I only did the VP16 Edit $199.00 this time though.

Eh I am really thinking about switching to Adobe. Been having a lot of crashing with Vegas. Been with Vegas for years though.

Try before you buy. I left Adobe because of the frequent crashes. Avid has been the most stable for me, but Resolve 15 has also been stellar. I will never go back to Adobe unless they do a total rewrite of the code like they did back at CS6

Specifications are vague. HDR Support; What kind? Support for input transforms; IDT/ODT, cube luts, raw, Panasonic 10 bit mp4? Support for input of XAVC-I? Timecode? Multi Cam? Not enough detail!

I used Vegas through version 12, always found it speedy to edit, good audio toolset, fairly stable, but not sure I'm tempted enough to even try the demo without some information.

I just had an email to say I can upgrade to Vegas 16 for 109, but I'm not convinced it would be much of an improvement over version 15?
