    good to know that, but here i was talking about 16-35 f4 lens on crane 2.

    I would guess that the 5DMKIII might be pushing the limits of the Crane 2. It is a nice gimbal but it seems to be known for having weak strength motors. Which means balance is very important. I use the v2 with a GH5/12-40 f2.8 and would say that might be the upper limit for best operational weight.

    Also, don't forget about the tilt axis adjustment if you have not done that already. Crane on a tripod and tilt it back 45deg. I have seen this in a few youtube videos.
