I have a pretty massive timeline with several layers of effects going on. Even with my native AVCHD footage and cineform proxy files on an SSD the timeline is bogging down. I have an 8GB graphic card with 16GB of ram and an i7 processor. I know Premiere has a render and replace option but unfortunatley it doesn't burn the effect into the new clip. What would be a good suitable format to export my timeline to a new format so that I can do color correcting? I want a new file with all the effects already in the file so I don't have the timeline slowing down.

I know there is Cineform and DNXHD for the Windows but Every single format I'm finding it really massive file size and my camera's native footage only shoots at 8 bit 25mbps.

Thanks for the help.
