When I contacted them about my Q500, they were quick to respond and helpful. A few tips and my problem was solved. Haven't flow it as much as I'd like and it's an old design. If I was doing more I'd probably buy the H+, but this is hobby only for me, too many people in this market already, and one of them is really good and gets the good jobs (also one of our former students).

The big problem with DJI is that you don't have control of your own drone. You buy it, but DJI controls it (geofencing, forced landings, motors won't start, etc). Sadly, their drones are the most competent out there, so the competitors that make unrestricted drones don't offer the quality images or the reliability of the DJI drones.
