    Just came across this today. Wow! I've been dreaming of going back to Linux fulltime, but I love my Adobe suite. The biggest hurdles have been an editor, VFX, and color grading. With Lightworks poised to fill the editor gap, Natron looks to be able to fill the compositing gap. It's essentially a lite and free version of Nuke. Even laid out the same. I'm excited to see where it goes.

    Last time I looked at this it didn't have a blur feature/node, looks like they finally fixed that.

    I know nothing about compositing, but it installed nicely and playing around seems to look good. Will be fun to use. Thanks for posting this!
